Regular Meetings always the first Friday of each month: 10:30 a.m. in the Second Floor meeting room at COUNTRY GROCER on BOWEN ROAD. Access via the stairs through the doorway on the left of the main entrance to the cafeteria area. Pick up a coffee or goodie at the cafeteria on the way and enjoy some friendly companyOnce again bring your questions, information, suggestions, donated supplies and your sense of humour!

COFFEE REMINDER – Our next coffee date is July 27 1:30 pm at Quality Foods in Driftwood Mall, Courtenay. You will find us in their private meeting room on the 2nd floor behind the coffee bar and opposite the washrooms. We meet every 2 weeks so just drop in whenever you can.
OSTOMY CLINIC AT PHARMASAVE – Clinics will not be happening in July and August. They will restart in September – date to be determined.
MEETING – Our next meeting is Monday, October 23rd, 2017 at 7 pm at the Comox Valley Community Health Centre, 961 England Avenue, Courtenay.

WEST KOOTENAY / NELSON Ostomy Peer Support Group
The West Kootenay group is a Nelson-based support group for people who have had, or are awaiting, ostomy surgery (gastrointestinal or urinary diversion). We offer peer support, information and friendship in a casual setting. All persons interested in ostomy rehabilitation, education and welfare are welcome.
Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of each month except December
